Orders & Payments
When placing an order on SmaxCase, the following terms apply:
- All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless stated otherwise
- We accept Cash on Delivery (COD), bank transfer, JazzCash, and Easypaisa
- Orders are confirmed once you receive an order confirmation via WhatsApp/SMS
- We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock issues
- Promotional codes cannot be combined unless explicitly stated
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and delivery are subject to the following conditions:
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
- SmaxCase is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or natural events
- Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery to the courier
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct; re-delivery charges may apply
- Free shipping applies to orders over Rs.3,000 within Pakistan
