We accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required
- Items received damaged or defective qualify for immediate replacement
Refund Process

- Share clear photos of the product and issue (if applicable)
- Once approved, ship the item back to our address
- Refund will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method
Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for refund or return:
- Products that have been used, scratched, or damaged by the customer
- Items without original packaging
- Products returned after the 7-day return window
- Sale or clearance items (unless defective)
- Custom or personalized phone cases
Exchange Policy
We offer hassle-free exchanges for eligible items:
- Wrong size or model received? We'll replace it free of charge
- Want a different design? Exchange is available within 7 days
- Defective product? Immediate replacement with free shipping

Cash on Delivery (COD) Refunds
For COD orders, refunds are handled as follows:
- Refund via bank transfer to your provided account details
- Please provide your bank name, account number, and account title
- Refund processed within 3-5 business days after approval
- For JazzCash/Easypaisa, provide your registered number for transfer
